Eleven LUMIO Keeper units were installed at the outdoor common areas of Geomdan New Town VERTHILL La Premier, a newly occupied residential complex in Incheon, Republic of Korea, in August 2026.
Extensive new landscape planting concentrates insect activity in the first seasons after occupancy, and the common areas needed cover from the outset.

LUMIO Keeper
LUMIO Keeper is an outdoor insect light trap that attracts and captures flying insects — it is not an electrocution unit. A triple-wavelength LED array (365 / 395 / 450 nm, 68 LEDs) draws insects in and a BLDC suction fan captures them, so there is no electrical discharge, no audible snap and no scattering of insect fragments. Rated IP55 with a stainless steel body, it is built for permanent outdoor installation and covers approximately 500 m² (5,382 sq ft) per unit.
